I’m sure quite a few viewers would have been tempted away from the family films on the two main channels to watch 100 Greatest Christmas Moments, a reasonable way to pass a couple of hours. However, being quite a Five enthusiast, I would say this as I think the channel tries very hard to get a mainstream audience and is often very watchable.
Special mention for a totally cheapskate and awful Christmas schedule must go to ITV2. Who really wants to watch the same hour of X Factor highlights again and again or highlights of I’m A Celebrity, a show which is forgotten about a week after it finished.
