Completing the circle

A blog post of interest to few follows…

And that’s a note to say that offthetelly.co.uk has finally been updated with all the content (or, all the content that’s going to survive anyway) from the previous version of the site. I’m still looking at ways to make the huge backlog of reviews (stretching to 1999) more accessible, but at least they’re all still here, and if you’re willing to wade through a lot of pages, you can read ‘em. Otherwise, until this issue is solved, the old site is still lurking online, should you care to try and find it.

One thing that’s been fun about this whole updating process is it’s allowed me to take stock of the type of stuff that’s been written on here over the last 10 years. So, if you like stats, cop this. Here – according to the site’s tags – are the amount of posts (we’re talking reviews, blog posts and news items here – not long features) written about each channel, in ascending order of quantity…

Dave: 2
ITV4: 2
Virgin 1: 2
UKTV Gold: 2
