Kasterborous.com is currently claiming they have “it on very good authority” Joseph (who appeared tonight as Greg Preston in Survivors) has been confirmed as the 11th Doctor and that an official announcement is imminent.

Evidence? That slip of the tongue by Phillip Rhys featured in the YouTube clip on the right, a generally enthusiastic comment made by Joseph to the BBC News site and a previous association with incoming show-runner Steven Moffat (appearing in last year’s underrated Jekyll).
