David Morrissey as 'The Next Doctor'

Although Mark Lawson will be interviewing David Morrissey about his upcoming return to the stage, OTT has learned that he has also slipped in a couple of questions pertaining to his appearance as ‘The Next Doctor’ in this year’s Doctor Who Christmas special. Morrissey is reportedly cagey, and has been briefed not to confirm or deny whether or not he is actually set to become the next Doctor*.
